This G+4 commercial and residential development sits in one of Juba's most strategic corridors — Tongping, along Airport Road. The building combines ground-floor commercial units with luxury apartments and rooms above, engineered to meet modern structural, MEP, and finishing standards. GECC managed the project end-to-end: structural design, civil works, finishing, and handover.
